Dr. Richmond Wandera

Richmond Wandera serves on the Advisory Committee of Global Christian Book Fund. He is the Founder and President of Pastors Discipleship Network (PDN), Vice Chancellor of Cornerstone University Uganda, and Lead Pastor of New Life Baptist Church in Kampala, Uganda.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Uganda Christian University, a Master’s degree in Spiritual Formation from Moody Bible Institute, and a Ph.D. in Leadership from Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School.

Through Pastors Discipleship Network, Dr. Wandera has equipped tens of thousands of pastors and church leaders across Uganda, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and other parts of Africa, strengthening biblical leadership and advancing healthy local churches.

In 2025, he founded Cornerstone University Uganda, an institution established to provide Christ-centered higher education for the next generation of Christian leaders. The university emerged from more than a decade of pastoral training through PDN and reflects his commitment to developing servant leaders for the Church and society.

Dr. Wandera’s partnership with Global Christian Book Fund is rooted in a shared conviction that the widespread distribution of biblically sound theological resources is essential to equipping pastors, strengthening local churches, and advancing the Gospel across Africa.
